mo4y will take your unused musical instruments!

One really great way to support music education for children and young people in North Tyneside and surrounding areas, is to donate any unused musical instruments and equipment. We will pass them onto the Musical Instrument Lending Library which is managed by North Tyneside Music Education Hub where they will be available to loan to children who need them.

So why not check your attic and the cupboard under the stairs, dust off those cases, and let us put those guitars, violins, drums, trumpets, keyboards, clarinets and flutes* to some good use so that our children and young people can to learn to play?

We would also love to receive musical equipment in good condition such as music stands, microphones, amplifiers, headphones, recording desks, etc etc.

And we will take any sheet music such as tutor books, solos, score and parts for an ensemble.

Just contact us here and we’ll do the rest. Many thanks.

* all other musical instruments and equipment gratefully accepted – what even banjos and bagpipes? – yes, absolutely! We operate a policy of zero tolerance to musical instrument discrimination at mo4y!
