Our primary delivery partner North Tyneside Music is part of the North-East Music Hub and provides a range of fully-funded activities for children and young people in North Tyneside including a Saturday Morning Music Centre, Rock School, Emerging Artists Programme, Youth Choir and a variety of other opportunities.
mo4y was born out of a need to support and build on the vital work of North Tyneside Music.
The average cost to North Tyneside Music to fund an activity place for one young person for a year is around £300, but all of North Tyneside Music’s weekly activities are completely free of charge to families to ensure no barriers to access.
And we need YOU to help us keep it that way!
North Tyneside Music also supports Traxx Studios with their new project, Evolution, which aims to provide local young musicians aged 18-25 with support as they progress in the music industry. Evolution was set up with donations made in memory of local young musicians Andrew Lartey and Georgia Tate. Find out more about Evolution on our news pages.
