We held our first AGM on Monday Dec 1st at The Exchange, North Shields, scheduled to follow a superb concert by some of the brilliant young musicians from North Tyneside Music’s Saturday morning Music Centre.
Our new mo4y banners were on display. Big thanks to mo4y Trustee Brittany’s hard work in getting these made in time.
Also big thanks and congratulations to Jenny Williams who has stood down as a Trustee following her appointment as the Lead at North Tyneside Music.
Jenny has taken up her new job after the retirement of Julie Dorr who now joins mo4y as a new Trustee, so it’s one in, one out, in both directions!
Jenny will continue to work closely with the charity to cement our ongoing partnership.
The normal business of an AGM was done: approving the Annual Report and Accounts; reapproving our Policies; and electing the Officers. The Trustee Board of mo4y is now:

Stuart Stephenson has been re-appointed as our external examiner. Once Stuart has completed his examination, we will submit the annual report and accounts to the Charity Commission where they will be available on our Register entry.
